I've used Ouidad products for years, (I use the advanced climate control and the tress effects gel regularly) but I'm new to this styling serum. I've been searching for something that would work effectively for airdrying. I want something to hold my curls and prevent frizz but not be crunchy. This is almost perfect for me. It works great for frizz and there's no crunch, but it does not work to hold my curls. If I pile my head on top of my head and wear a silk cap to sleep, my curls will be flattened and/or partially straightened on the side I sleep on. I do not have this problem when I'm using a combo of the other 2 products that I mentioned and diffuse to dry. I'm still searching for the perfect product to air dry, but this one works well for day 1 curls when I just don't have time to diffuse. The smell is light and my hair is shiny and soft when I use it.

This serum is wonderful! It really hydrates my curls before applying the vita curl mousse, definitely recommend it!
Lightweight
This stuff makes my hair so incredibly soft! I have wavy, coarse hair. I tried the serum by itself just to experiment and I definitely need a hold product with it. But my hair was so glossy and I kept running my fingers through it all day. Very lightweight as well.
Holy grail for damage
I have naturally black hair, and went through a midlife crisis. My curls changed dramatically after all the bleach, and this stuff caught my eye. My curls drink this serum up like its no tomorrow. The bioton and peptides give my hair bounce, and me hope, that i didn't completely kill my hair!
