The CHI Vibes Wave On Multifunctional Waver features multi-functional curved plates for perfect waves or curls.
This was my first time trying a tool that isn't a straightener or a curling iron but I'm honestly impressed. It makes my hair look beautiful with lots of volume! Initially I bought this beach waver tool and it was buggy so I had to press the power button after only getting through one or two strands of my hair at a time (extremely annoying and obviously inconvenient). However, I loved the results so much that I exchanged it for another one and the new one doesn't have the bug that the other one had. This tool makes me feel so good about my hair's appearance. I also get many compliments whenever I use it. This one is my new fav. Side note, I have thick hair which normally doesn't hold curls too well but I've had no issues with the waves it creates and I don't even use hairspray to hold the results.
I typically use the Chi vibes waver to give me tousled curls/waves for lived-in hair. I blow dry my hair, apply Chi hair product, and style accordingly. I style small sections at a time very quickly and then go back in to smooth out any wonky curls. Very effective in giving that lived-in hair woke up like this curls but I wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for perfect barrel curls. I'm not a huge fan of the crimping option because my hair has a lot of volume and the crimping gives me huge 80's hair. But if you have shorter hair, I can see this giving cute mermaid waves. My long 24"+ hair gives me tight waves that I would see from small braids, which is not my vibe. Overall it's a decent multifunction waver but may work best on short to mid-length hair and fine to medium sized hair.

Its just like crimping your hair and no multifunctional as the curls cannot be made. You can find a cheaper hair tool to do the same thing. I do love the color and the long cord and auto shut off but was not worth the money

I absolutely love this waver, not because it is chi, but because it is a great purchase. I love it so much, I purchased one for my best friend for Christmas. The waves are shiny and pretty. Not only that, the waver itself is pretty. The colors are soooooo cute! But overall, it is one of the best ones and I have had a lot of them ranging from all different brands. If you like to wave your hair, this is a good one and is very easy.
