This is a great toner. It has replaced another toner I have been using for years. This toner has no perfumes or harsh components, which make it perfect for sensitive skin. Reformulated with more filler
Please go back to the old formulation. This is so shady to create a great product with amazing ingredients, then quietly switch the formula to make it worse but cheaper to produce, and bump the fragrance/other ingredients higher up the list.

Oh oat toner, the love of my life. So thick, gentle and hydrating. I had been using the LaNeige peptide serum but recently switched to FAB because the LaNeige formula wasn't hydrating enough for a new england winter. I've been using the fAB oat toner after the hydrating pillow pads and my skin looks and feels sooo much better. I am dealing with a compromised skin barrier and last week my face looked like a dried out faux leather bag. Fast forward after a few days of pillow pads and oat toner and my face looks bouncy, lush and hydrated. Absolutely love this product, especially because a little bit goes a long way. Will be permanently incorporating this into my daily routine.
Excellent hydrating toner for sensitive skin
My skin is sensitive, highly reactive, dry and exczema prone. I've been using this toner for 5+ years. Works well when layered multiple times — I'll apply 1-4x depending how dry my skin is, then follow with serum, moisturizer, oil
