This summer, I purchased LA Gear's Ultimate Lip Intense Stay Auto Lip Liner in the shade of Boundless Berry. It's a beautiful color that resembles any berry, nor dark or light, but straight down the middle of a subtle pinkish color. It stays on your lips all day long and matches well with any pink lipstick, gloss, oil, balm, etc. And it's a good color for your complexion with easy application from the liner itself.
This fairly-priced lip liner beats high end brand
A few months ago, I splurged on a higher end lip liner. Even though this product was a fraction of the cost, it was so much better.

I've only tried a few lip liners, this is definitely the easiest one to put on. It glides on your lips like butter, and after applying my makeup routine and my setting spray, it stays on for hours! Although it isn't really my color, I think on the right person in would look phenomenal.
