I wish I didn't have to leave a negative review but this is the first product by bloomeffects that I didn't enjoy. It is incredibly greasy, feels gross on the skin, and NEVER dries down if you use the appropriate amount to protect yourself. It literally remains a thick greasy mess until you wash it off, and even that is not easy. You would think it at least gives a nice glow but it doesn't unfortunately. Due to the thick greasy texture and that it never dries down, it is impossible to wear makeup with it because everything just slides all over the face. You can make this product work if you use a tiny amount but then it's not a sunscreen so there is no point. I'm confused by the positive reviews and have to assume that they are using a tiny amount and don't realize it is not enough to reach the SPF on the label. There are better mineral sunscreens. Hope this honest review helps someone.

This is literally like butter. Perfect name. It's hard to believe this is SPF and SPF50 no less. Smooth and silky-not greasy in the slightest…. Add to that it has great skincare ingredients. It's perfect. We now need a Whipped SPF for the face even tho they say this can be used on the face.. a more convenient application method/packaging for it. I'd be the first to buy.

That said, what you do get in a really elegant formula that is gentle, supple, and effective. There is no white cast at all so those with more melanated skin tones can absolutely use it. It feels great on the skin and melts into an oil texture which gives a beautiful hydrated glow to your skin. I use it on my kids and myself, it's that gentle. And has no scent which is amazing. Just a wonderful elegantly formulated product.

Have not used on my face yet but it is wonderful for the body. I love that it is wsterprooof for 80 min… I will keep this at my pool shed so I am never without. Not oily and perfect for a body spf. I do wish it was in a tube or pump though.
