Great product, needs better packaging
I really love this product, it has been great for my sensitive and acne prone skin. The only downside is the packaging. The pump often gets clogged and I try cleaning it out but the product just continues to dry in there. Hope they change that but otherwise, would recommend!

I struggle with skin picking and decided to try this. It has been amazing in calming my skin and helping it heal. The reason for 4 stars is because I am a bit frustrated with the bottle design- I am almost out and would like to take the top off to get to the remaining product, but the top doesn't seem to come off. A different or altered bottle design that allows that would be a great improvement!

I love the product so far, it's very refreshing/cooling when applied and seems to soothe redness and help my skin to heal quicker which I adore - I find myself using it 2-3 times a day! My main issue is that the pump stopped working after about a week, so I have to completely screw off the cap and dump the product out to use it which is cumbersome and inefficient. I'm not sure if this is a one-off, but I'll let y'all know when I buy again 😌
