- Shampoo and Condition hair as usual.
- Then apply 2 pumps to clean, damp hair.
- Add more as needed based on hair length, texture, and level of damage.
- Comb through. Do not rinse out.
- For best results, wait 10 minutes before applying other treatments or stylers and blow dry.
- Product does not require heat but you will see best results with heat activation.
- Use weekly.

Did nothing
I'm sad because I read the reviews and was really excited to try this. I get highlights about 2-3 times a year and have naturally straight dirty blonde hair. Lately my hair has been a bit dry and split ends are becoming more noticable. I followed the directions on the bottle exactly (twice) and there was literally no difference. I returned it. I have leave in conditioners that can do better.

I love the living proof brand, and I had heard great things about this product! I purchased it on sale, and figured this was the perfect chance to try it & see if it was worth the money. So glad I did! It made my hair so soft, especially my ends which tend to be dry. The product wasnt heavy on my hair at all! I will definitely repurchase in the future!

Fixed my hair in one use!
I severly damaged my hair with a new curling iron to the texture of straw and it had a burnt smell. Thia product reversed the damage in one use! I made my hair strong and silky and managable again. It was 1/2 the price of k18. I'll never stop using this. I should have known as I use and love many living proof products! Highly recommend!
