NuFACE TRINITY+ Microcurrent Facial Toning Device with LED Red Light Attachment

This review is based on my individual experience and may not reflect what others encounter. I purchased the NuFACE microcurrent device as a birthday gift to myself and was genuinely excited to try it. I used it for the first time on March 17, 2025, following the instructions carefully. A couple of days later, on March 19, I developed a painful cyst along my hairline, which was unusual for me. Over the following days, additional cysts began appearing in different areas of my face. It became clear that my skin barrier had been compromised, and I was dealing with inflammation and consistent breakouts. Every two days, a new painful cyst would form. Eventually, I discovered that the conductive gel used with the device is not meant to be left on the skin, though the instructions I followed did not specify that it should be washed off after use. Unfortunately, leaving it on led to clogged pores. It took three full weeks for the cystic breakouts to stop, but once they did, I noticed a new pattern of congestion—my pores felt constantly clogged, and I began developing blackheads all over. I've never had flawless skin, but prior to using this device, I did not struggle with the kind of persistent breakouts and bumpy texture I'm now experiencing. As of today, it's been five weeks since I used the device (just once), and I'm still dealing with lingering skin issues. I ultimately decided to return the device, as I couldn't risk going through this experience again.

Pros that it works and you have to use it regularly. I received complaints on my face lift once I used for couple weeks. The only cons for me is that it's so powerful that my gums were hurting.. I had some pain before but this made it worse and I get gum leaser Bec the cavities were active.. so just be careful. The max i had was setting 3.

Love the product and it made a noticable differnce. Unfortunately the battery no longer charges. Purchased less than 6 months ago. Ulta customer service referred me to NuFace. NuFace customer service said yo contact Ulta. Very expensive lesson learned.
