After cleansing, rinse hair with warm water. Remove excess water from hair. Apply a quarter size amount starting from the ends and working to the roots. Comb product through with fingers or wide tooth comb. Chill out for 5 minutes, then rinse with cool water.
Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water.

Use a wide-tooth comb to distribute through hair. Let dry for about 5 minutes. Place hair in a bun, use a sleeping bonnet if you like. Rinse in the morning. Shampoo scalp.
