I truly wanted to love it. I tried it the first time and while it did help with some itching in my scalp it made my hair completely feel like straw. I thought it was something I did. So I waited a while and tried it again and same feeling. My hair felt completly stripped. Theres a few things I've learned from trying out new products: (1) not every product is for every person. Theres so many factors that can influence your experience with a product such as hair type, environment, hard water or even using too much product. (2) Order a travel size if its available. If it doesn't work out you're not throwing out as much money.
