Redken has always been my fall back on product. I'll try the others and end right back up here. I just wish they would get on board and use natural/organic ingredients. But yeah, recommend!

I'm still salty about Redken changing the original All Soft formula. I think it's been changed twice now and they seem to remove different oils each time. I would give anything to have the original All Soft formula with the avocado oil back. The original formula had the perfect mix of like 3 differe...

wanted to love
i got this shampoo because i was looking for a new brand and the jumbo was on sale. while it does make my hair soft, it leaves residue and flakes on my scalp which ive never experienced. i do not recommended this product and i will be returning it, there are plenty of affordable shampoos that will leave your hair just as soft.

I've been buying the all soft shampoo and conditioner for years. It has always been my go to but something has changed in the formula. At first I thought it was just me but after doing some research, I'm definitely not the only one noticing it. Whatever ingredients they changed, it does not work for my hair anymore. I can tell my hair is more dry, no longer soft, and actually feels tangled after (which makes no sense!) after using the shampoo and conditioner. I used to love using it but now it just makes me mad. So disappointed. Bring the old version back!

Ordered this (along with a few other things) for a trip, but it took more than two weeks to get to me--by then I was already gone. Very frustrating. Also, it's expensive for a very small amount!

How do I remove the cap from my original shampoo bottle to refill it?

We've since updated our caps to a screw-on design for a simpler refilling experience with our new refill bottles. Rest assured; your existing packaging remains refillable.
