This facial cleanser suits me very well. I've been using it for a long time—it's especially moisturizing in winter, so I'd recommend it to my friends.
Do not use if you have sensitive skin!
I couldn't find my original review to update it. I originally loved how this cleanser made my skin feel. I don't wear makeup often, so I had this experience about 3 weeks after getting it. I used a gentle makeup remover before using the cleanser. But even so, after rubbing my eyes with it, I noticed my eyes felt itchy. I woke up with my eyes dried out so bad my skin was cracked and bleeding. I wasn't sure if it was the cold weather, the cleanser, or a new reaction to my eye cream. I stopped using the cleanser and it eventually cleared up about 2 weeks later. On NYE, unfortunately this cleanser was the only next to me when I washed my face, so I gave it another try. Sure enough, the very next day my eyes were red, dry, cracked, itchy and hurting. I've never experienced this from Estée Lauder products. I'm sad and disappointed. I've used this brand for 15 years.
