I have used Advanced Night Cleansing Gelee for 2 years. The product itself is wonderful! It has made a real difference in the look and feel of my skin. The ONLY down side is the packaging. The lid is so hard to open. I have broken nails and cut my fingers trying to open it. I literally have to remove the entire lid to access the cleanser and by doing so I always end up with wasted product. As we all know this cleanser is NOT cheap so any waste is BAD. Most women are willing to pay more for a good product that works, however if we have to fight to get the tube open EVERY time we use it (2x's/day) it begins to be NOT worth it. What disappoints me most is the fact that Estee Lauder has made the decision to NOT listen to what their customers are telling them. This is NOT a new complaint. The reviews are full of this same issue and still NOTHING has changed. ESTEE LAUDER, understand that without customers you no longer exist. NO company is too old or too big to be affected by lack of sales. We have ALL watched it happen to too many businesses in the last 6 years. You need to do better.

I am an older woman who has never had a regular skin care routine. I did a makeover during a cruise that included several skin care products. I was hooked. Shortly after, I received a sample of this Gelee and was shocked! One use and my skin felt velvety soft. I have been using this regularly ever since and the effect has been dramatic. My skin looks healthy, plump, and glowing! If this product can do that in a few weeks after decades of neglect, then it is worth every penny.

I tried this face wash some time and I noticed that it cleaned my face better than any other face wash brands I have tried. This produces a clean wash of makeup, oils and impurities.
