The product quality is excellent and I would highly recommend it. However, the packaging could use improvement. The tube lid is cumbersome, slippery, and difficult to open. Unfortunately, it broke within just two weeks of use, forcing me to transfer the product into another container. A more user-friendly and durable lid would make this a perfect product.

I received this cleanser a few years ago in a box set I had purchased in a department store as a Christmas gift to myself. After using this cleanser just a few times I already noticed a difference in my skin. My skin was clean, all traces of makeup was gone and it left my skin feeling comfortable and soft, not irritated or stripped of moisture. I haven't stopped using this cleanser every night since.
Favorite face wash
I used to think face washes didnt matter at all as ling as they were fairly gentle and free of harsh fragrance. I got this face wash on sale awhile ago and it has completely changed my perspective on face washes. I can't speak much on if it truly helps my skincare penetrate deeper but my skin feels so much softer and less stripped from this while still getting the "clean" feeling I want after a face wash. Everyone's skin is different but I would recommend giving it a try.

It's suitable for most skin types, gentle enough for daily use, and leaves your skin feeling clean, soft, and radiant. It has become an irreplaceable part of my daily routine, though I do wish the packaging was a little more user-friendly—getting every last bit of the gel out of the tube can be a bit tricky, which is a small detail that could be improved.
