Not for me!
Aside from how overly perfumed this shampoo was and therefore my hair too, I didn't notice any other benefit or effect from using this, nor any difference in my hair quality. It lathers nicely and feels like a more higher end formula, but it left my hair completely flat for some reason and weighed down. I also noticed my hair getting oily a lot quicker than usual when using this which didn't happen with previous or subsequent shampoos. Great product but dreadful bottle
It seems to work well on my fine flyaway hair but I get about halfway through the bottle and it's so hard to squeeze out that I have to filter it into another container.
