I received a couple of samples of the Texture Tonic a year ago when I was stocking up on SPF during the BF amp CM sales Once I received it I threw it in my travel bag to have for a future trip or on a rainy day A little backstory on my skin I have always had very oily skin that in more recent years ...has become oilycombodehydrated I have struggled with hormonal acne since I was in my mid 20's and I am now in my early 30's I recently stopped taking oral medication for my hormonal acne which I had been taking for about four years Even though the medication was doing wonders for my skin stopped my hormonal acne and even calmed my oily skin down I stopped taking it because there was no end sight to using it and I didn't want to take a medication long-term For the past few months I have been using a hormonal cream and Tretinoin that I got from my derm The Tret is starting to really dry my skin out as we get into the colder months and is starting to cause my skin to get overly dry and break out more because of it So I finally just got around to trying my two sample packets of the Texture Tonic a few weeks ago I was honestly a little skeptical and worried this would over sensitize my skin due to my topical medications or make my acne worse as any little change does However I fell in love at one swipe The tonic really helped to add some moisture back into my skin while making it feel clean but not overly clean It absorbed super quickly and then I went about my skin regimen as normal that night I was worried I would wake up with a new deep pimple on my chin or cheek the next morning but the deep pimples I already had went down significantly in just one night I thought it was a fluke so I tried the rest of the packet the following night and the same thing happened again After going through two sample packets and using this four nights in a row I became convinced this product was actually doing what it claims and has made such a difference in my skin I waited a few days for the BF amp CM deals to get a full sized bottle to try In the time I ordered waited and went without this product my skin started to break out terribly I received it over the weekend and started using it immediately again but this time I started using it in the morning in addition to the evening All of the texture I had on my skin during the holiday last week has reduced in size and amount This product is absolutely amazing and smells good like a clean fresh scent not overly or weirdlyartificially scented If you are considering it or on the fence I highly recommend it Maybe start with the small size just to make sure it works for you I hope it will bring as much luck to you as it has with me I can honestly say this is my all time favorite product and I wish I had tried it sooner Tatcha thank you thank you thank you for making this product Please NEVER change it or discontinue it!!!
