For hair use: Emulsify 1 pump in hands and apply to clean, damp hair. Apply more depending on thickness of hair. Style as usual. Or smooth on dry hair to eliminate frizz and add shine. On finer hair types, less is more. For denser, coarser hair types, apply to towel-dried hair and then again once hair is completely dry.
For skin use: Massage a small amount into skin to restore and moisturize; also makes an excellent massage oil.
For nails: Massage a few drops into cuticles and skin on hands and feet for a softening effect.

Gross Smell
I do realize what hemp is supposed to smell like, but this just smells awful and I don't feel like it gives any kind of refreshing to my hair at all. It makes your hair super oily and stinky, and I used it one time too many.

While I'm not too fond of the overwhelming scent of rosemary I am well aware of the benefits of rosemary and I will continue to use it for that reason. I like how light this oil is and it absorbs quite well into the skin and hair which is very nice.

I've used this spray oil on my hair and it makes my hair feel soft and look healthy. On the skin, it makes my skin look nourished without leaving it feeling oily. A little goes a long way, so make sure to spray lightly. To me, it has a bit of a mint like scent, but it's very subtle. Love this stuff !

I am in love with this product because it's very very relaxing. I usually use this product on my hair but I sometimes use it on my upper body and I can tell you it works very good on both. I can 100% recommend this product to family and friends

Tea tree oil is such a strong scent, but I think the hemp tempers that and gives is a musky, delightful scent. It is a light scent and not at all overwhelming. The oil is pretty useful in the summer when skin and hair get dry from swimming and being in the sun. I really like putting it on my tattoos. I didn't really notice much of a difference in my hair, but it did soften my skin and make my tattoos brighter.
