I'm on my second bottle yes the best lotion I have used on my body and I'm 63 years young :) tidbit when you get to the end don't get frustrated when the lotion doesn't come up in the pump. Just cut the bottle open there is still a lot left.

Meh… not the best
The advertisement for this lotion will have you thinking your skin will glow from hydration after applying it, but I beg to differ. I've been using this along with the oil-to-gel body wash for the past 30 days and my skin dries out in a matter of 3-4 hours. I was previously using Olay's line of body...

Packaging design flaw—significant product waste

Naturium body lotion has a significant usability flaw: the product stops functioning effectively long before it is finished. Approximately one third of the product remains but cannot be accessed through the pump or normal dispensing method. This creates a practical and hygienic problem. I have inverse psoriasis, which makes consistent moisturising medically necessary, but also requires strict hygiene due to sweat-prone and intertriginous areas that are vulnerable to irritation and infection. Because of this, I cannot safely reuse product that has been contaminated through contact with skin during application. It is also impractical and environmentally irresponsible to use over 20 gloves per moisturising session when using my hands for scoops. When the pump no longer reaches the remaining lotion, the only options are unscrewing the bottle and manually retrieving product, or inverting and tapping it out onto the hand or surface. Both methods are unhygienic due to repeated skin contact and cross-contamination risks across affected areas. Reaching the product directly is impossible without a specialised tool capable of scooping through a narrow opening down to the bottom of the container, which is not a feasible or reasonable requirement for normal use. Tapping is also ineffective in practice, as the product often does not move, or repeated force can cause hand discomfort or injury. I have accumulated hundreds of bottles because of this condition—either nearly full but inaccessible at the end stage, cut open and dried out even with attempts to preserve them with wrapping, or repeatedly skimmed at the pump to extract whatever remaining product is accessible. In most bottles, I have resorted to cutting them open to access remaining product, but this is not a safe or sustainable workaround: it introduces risks of physical injury from sharp plastic edges or tools, as well as contamination risk due to exposure of the product to the environment. I do not have unlimited sterile tools such as metal spatulas to safely extract product without contact. If this kind of intervention is implicitly required to fully use the product, it should be clearly indicated on the packaging, as it materially affects usability and safety expectations. The result is consistent product waste over time—each bottle discarded despite still containing usable product. Over time, this becomes a significant financial burden and feels structurally built into the packaging design rather than incidental loss. It does not matter how good a formula is if the packaging prevents it from being fully used. There has long been packaging innovation in skincare that solves this issue, yet it remains unaddressed here in a way that shifts loss onto the consumer. Given how widely used this product is in skincare routines, this is a long-standing design issue that could be addressed through packaging improvements that allow full allocation of product, rather than leaving a substantial unusable remainder. I will not be able to continue purchasing this product. A good product is undermined by the cumulative financial loss from unusable remaining product.

I LOVE this lotion. It's wild that it's a lotion, because it's very rich like a cream. I love it for its richness. I love that it doesn't leave me feeling greasy. I woke up one morning saw my shoulder in the mirror and it looked actually shiny, but not greasy because it was so beautifully hydrated! The finals testimony comes from my husband who can't keep his hands off me. He said today, "Your skin has been so soft lately." I'm sold. Got a lifetime Naturium customer here. I've bee searching for years for a moisturizer that gave me the hydration I needed. Naturium, you did it!
My skin loves it!

I've just added this lotion to my regimen. It's creamy and absorbs into my skin immediately. I use it along with the body wash, skin serum and the Glow Getter body oil. My skin has never felt this good!
New formula :(

Unhappy with the new formula. It has a sweet smell and is much thinner. The old formula was amazing and kept my skin moisturized all day long. The new lotion is too thin so I would not recommend it.
Changed-- runny, not hydrating, broken pumps

The formula changed. Now it's runny and not as hydrating. I cannot get any of the pumps to work. I regret stocking up because now I'm stuck with several bottles of stuff I don't like anymore
