Too sticky for me
I really wanted to like this, Naturium is one of my favorite brands. I first tried this underneath a body butter and it was kind of sticky and never dried down. DAMAGED! Pump dispenser had no packaging
I can't and won't use the product. Was this returned and then restocked and shipped? The pump was in the fully opened position: no packaging, no secure anything to keep the pump from being pressed down and wasting the product. It was in a plastic bag - nothing else! What a mess! The container is missing 3 inches of product! ULTA!! Get your packaging/shipping department/partner/business fixed!!! This is the 3rd damaged shipment I have received! Now I have to clean up your mess, repackage your product, spend my time and money to drive to an ULTA store, stand in line, and return a product that was delivered damaged. How is that OK? I have been an ULTA customer for many years and will look elsewhere for my products. With all of the stress being put on consumers now we should not have to tolerate this lack of customer service. Yes, I know….it's only make up and personal care products and yes there are other much more important issues that need our attention. But come on ULTA! Get it together! Sheesh!
sticky but worth it
okay so is it sticky? yes absolutely, but it's so deeply hydrating that the stickiness is forgivable. i actually just let my skin airdry out of the shower for a minute or two before applying, and i put a fragrance powder all over after letting it sink in. skin is hydrated + smooth + i smell delish. a staple in my routine for sure.
Worth the hype
I saw that UREA lotions are helpful with very dry skin and also help to smooth skin. I was very excited to try his product. It works very well and my skin has never felt this smooth. I use it everyday after my shower. I'll continue buying it!
