I've been using SuperYou for about three months now and I think the PMS symptoms - specifically my irritability and mid-cycle spotting - are much better. I haven't cancelled my subscription yet so that's saying something! Definitely worth a shot :)

I've been taking SuperYou for a few months now and took it a few years ago consistently before taking a break. It really is the best, I just feel better when I take it. Less stressed and more able to handle challenges without feeling overwhelmed. If you are on the fence - just buy it :)

I found out about these through sampling from a MagnesiUM order, the day I tried them was truly needed and they really showed up for me. I went on a road trip ALONE, my head was so clear I was able to enjoy the drive while taking my time. That sold me but right after about 3 days I totally forgot about them that's how BADD my brain fog was & so much more long story short I bought them 4 months later lol. I Love them only issues I have is trying to pick & choose which days are more important to make them last longer it's a 60capsule bottle that's not filled & taking 2 each day is why I'm picking and choosing but other than that ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS. P.s. my face is usually puffy when Rising up after taking my 2 by the time I'm getting in the shower it's back to normal the cortisol has went down tremendously
