To apply, simply shake and swipe the product on your lips. Shake for at least five seconds before applying. Apply as you normally would to clean, dry lips using its precise flocked tip applicator and let fully dry.

So disappointed! Shook well, applied, then waited for it to dry. And waited....and waited some more. At 10 minutes it was still a sticky mess. As I sit here 30 minutes later after blotting it on paper, it's still sticky

My new favorite lip color - Captivated
This has become my go-to lip color for daytime! It lasts a long time without feeling dry, which is rare for long-wearing formulas. Usually, you have to sacrifice moisture for staying power, but not with this one. I was amazed by how long it lasted while staying comfortable. Absolutely love it! Sometimes, I add a touch of e.l.f. lip oil on top for a little extra shine!
