Biolage, will you bring back the level 3 gel? This #2 just does not work like the #3 did. For those of us with fine and no-body hair, you have left us "out in the cold!" You had a great product with the #3. Even my hair stylist agrees that the #3 was superior in providing volume that held for his clients.

Our labs retested the Gelee formula against our strongest hold formulas, including Freeze Fix, and evaluated that level 2 hold was more accurate. Your response did not address my question. I got it that you retested the Gelee 3 and determined that it was really a 2, but since your bottle still shows a Hold 3, that would imply there is a Hold 3 available. Where can I purchase the Hold 3?

I love this product! i only wish u had bigger bottles!
I've used this product for 20 years,I've tried others but ended up disappointed. It holds my curls, not sticky or heavy and if I need a touch up at the end of day you just dampen your fingers and squeeze through hair.Ta-da fresh looking for another round😀

The formula IS different
Why do you keep claiming that the new #2 is the same formula as the #3? I have bottles of both and have compared the ingredients are they are NOT the same. (See photos.) Please give us an update on your possible plans to to revert to the old formula. Thanks.

Massive Price Increase!!
I've loved this hair gel for so long but will be immediately looking for a replacement as the price increase is insane. They have repackaged the product and added a smaller size hoping you won't notice you're paying the same price for a 5 oz bottle as you were for 16.9oz!! I understand prices go up, but a $10 leap in a few months is wild and I'm not falling for it.

I liked this gel. It was affordable and had a nice amount of hold. Sadly, the last time I went to purchased it, the price had increased by $14 in just a few months. I thought Ulta had it in the system wrong, but no. I switched to a different product.
Huge Price Increase!!!
My daughter and I have used and loved this product for years but now we will have to stop. The price has increased by at least $10 for the same size bottle. It has been great for our curly hair.
Huge price increase
I have used this gel for years. Recently, the price has increased substantially, and I just can't make myself continue. I will be looking for a replacement. Why the huge jump in price??
Used for over 20 years!
I have frizzy and curly hair, this product is the absolute best gel that I've ever used! It is light, holds the curls well without looking fake or stiff. I mix it with a leave conditioner and a penetrating oil/ serum in the palm of my hand, and then sat at the end, put it through my hair and then comb it through with the wide tooth comb while wet. I've used a lot of the more expensive products made specifically for curly hair and they just don't work as well as this. Highly recommend.
