Why is the 16.9 oz now considered "jumbo" which was the same size as the old packaging…but now almost double the price? The 5oz package is now the price of the old 16 oz bottle.

Biolage, will you bring back the level 3 gel? This #2 just does not work like the #3 did. For those of us with fine and no-body hair, you have left us "out in the cold!" You had a great product with the #3. Even my hair stylist agrees that the #3 was superior in providing volume that held for his clients.

Our labs retested the Gelee formula against our strongest hold formulas, including Freeze Fix, and evaluated that level 2 hold was more accurate. I love this product! i only wish u had bigger bottles!
I've used this product for 20 years,I've tried others but ended up disappointed. It holds my curls, not sticky or heavy and if I need a touch up at the end of day you just dampen your fingers and squeeze through hair.Ta-da fresh looking for another round😀

The formula IS different
Why do you keep claiming that the new #2 is the same formula as the #3? I have bottles of both and have compared the ingredients are they are NOT the same. (See photos.) Please give us an update on your possible plans to to revert to the old formula. Thanks.

Massive Price Increase!!
I've loved this hair gel for so long but will be immediately looking for a replacement as the price increase is insane. They have repackaged the product and added a smaller size hoping you won't notice you're paying the same price for a 5 oz bottle as you were for 16.9oz!! I understand prices go up, but a $10 leap in a few months is wild and I'm not falling for it.

I liked this gel. It was affordable and had a nice amount of hold. Sadly, the last time I went to purchased it, the price had increased by $14 in just a few months. I thought Ulta had it in the system wrong, but no. I switched to a different product.

My daughter and I have used and loved this product for years but now we will have to stop. The price has increased by at least $10 for the same size bottle. It has been great for our curly hair.
