Volumizing Primer is designed to build lightweight volume from roots through ends, creating the perfect foundation for styling. Begin by misting Volumizing Primer from roots through ends, then start your blow-dry. Once the hair is about 50% dry, apply a small amount of Volumizing Mousse at the roots, tapping it gently around the crown for extra lift and hold. Continue blow-drying until the hair is fully dry. Another great benefit of Volumizing Primer is that it can also be re-applied to dry hair.
