Use a body oil or serum that provides a lot of slip, like Sacheu's Slick Skin Gua Sha Serum! For lymphatic drainage, start from the center of the chest and move the gua sha towards the heart. For the back and larger areas, start from the bottom and move in an upwards direction. For extra pressure, use the smaller ridges and divots on acupressure points. Use 2-3x a week.

Wonderful and easy to use
I've had numerous facial gua sha over the years but finally switched to stainless steel after I chipped yet another jade version. That purchase was such an upgrade that I took a chance on this, my first full-body version. SUCH A GOOD DECISION -- easy to use, well-made (weighted perfectly and no sharp edges), amazing for feet and legs in particular. Sit at a deak all day? This little guy is about to change your life and possibly your shoe size. Treat yourself! (And hey, sauna fans? Gua sha + sauna instead of, or even prior to, dry brush / towel. Get into it.)

I Gua Sha my body at least twice a week. For slip, I use castor oil or a shaving bar when showering. I noticed my skin tingles more when I do it in the shower. As long as I don't have oil on my hands while holding it, the tool is easy to hold and control. This tool helps with circulation more than my dry brush. I love it!

Self massage is a medically necessary part of my daily routine and this tool helps save my hands from cramping. 🙂 I hadn't tried guasha on my face before and I was surprised how my jawline looks tighter and my face looks less puffy! I definitely feel less tension in my entire face the day after using this tool. 🙂 It's very effective on massaging out muscles on the body as well.
