On clean, dry skin, roll over targeted areas for 1-2 minutes. Always start from the center of your face, moving outward and upward. Do not roll back and forth, focus on rolling away from face.
- Elevens: Start between the eyebrows at the venter and move straight upward toward the hairline.
- Forehead: From the center of your forehead, move outward toward the temple.
- Under Eye: Beginning at the side of your nose toward the center, move outward toward the temple.
- Chin: Place the roller at the center of your chin and work your way upward and outward toward the earlobe.

Definitely worth the price
I keep this in the freezer until I need to use it and this helps it stay cold for the entire time I use it. It depuffs my face and obviously provides a cooling sensation. I use this a little while after I put on my moisturizer and I believe this roller helps my skin care sink into my skin deeper....

Cold for less than a minute
I wash this with soap and water then put it in the freezer. I only use it once a week or so, so it has time to really get cold in the freezer. I have found with the 4 times I have used it that it only stays cold for a minute, which is just not acceptable. Yes, my face gets hot; that is when I use th...

Not bad
Received this as a gift. It's great as a starter tool. The only true downsides are that it squeaks a lot and the cold goes quick. I like using this to help with my anxiety. Overall not a bad tool for your face routine.
Good starter tool
I didn't want to invest a lot of money on an ice roller so I starter here. It's pretty to look at and it does what it's supposed to. However, it's squeaky and it doesn't hold the icy temperature for more than a few minutes. I use it a lot for anxiety, too, and if it stayed icy cold more than 2 to 3 minutes I'd give it a 5.
Horrible noise
Just bought. Used twice so far. It works, but the horrible noise it makes, makes it hard for me to want to use.
Does the job
After seeing celebrities use ice to depuff and refresh their skin in the morning, I decided to give this a try. I really enjoy rolling it over my face before makeup. My face looks less puffy and tight. I'm almost 40 so I see a noticeable difference.
