I really like the products and the supposedly refillable compact. But here' the thing - there is no Sassy Pants blush refill. This is the color I use the most and I specifically bought the refillable compact for travel but since it is impossible to refill the blush, it becomes useless and I feel like there' some bait and switch going on. I've been checking the website for months to see if the Sassy Pants blush is back in stock. It never is. I contacted customer service and they told me it was "back ordered". It would not take this long to restock one of their main items. The "missing" color is not shown on the website as being "out of stock" — it' just not shown at all. It seems that you can still get this color if you order a whole new compact stack in Sassy Pants — so they obviously have it to insert into the new stacks — but that defeats the whole purpose of it being "refillable". So I'm pretty annoyed by this and it' keeping me from ordering anything else from Alleyoop despite all the discount codes they keep sending me. Total lack of trust with this company now and very disappointing. If they care about this, it would be an easy thing to remedy.

WHAT a great idea! This thing is not only intelligent by design, but in it's actual function. It's easy to keep clean, and easy to refill. I've I been using this for months now. I love how compact it is. Now I have all I need for a detailed shave, or a quick one.

I like this and will definitely use it but it's more warm-based. Only complaint is I wish there were options for fair/medium/dark skintones in cool and warm.
