I love this so much that I bought a second one as a "backup" because it is now just extremely essential to ...uh, my life, LOL! Love it so much!! *Note: I use this with a high-quality primer (but have used it a few times without, and yeah, it's still GOOD) so this review is based on a primed eyelid base. With primer, WOW! The colors apply so well, they are intense enough at first layer, but can even be brought to more intensity (I'm thinking of the dark brown) with a second layer. Colors last ALL DAY (with primer) & do not crease at all (and I have wrinkly lids!). Shadows are so silky. So blendable (I often use just my fingertips, so even with bad "tools" - my fingertips versus brushes - still blends like a dream!). If you dislike sparkles/glitter/shimmer, this is one of the few palettes where every single shadow is entirely matte, and yet NEVER ever chalky & so smooth and great intensity of color (unlike a lot of mattes from other brands). The dark brown (combined with a few other colors in the palette) makes the BEST smoky eye ever. Obsessed with the dark brown: not too cool, not too warm, never ever muddy . . . a fascinating color, truly the HG dark brown everyone should have. If you don't like browns or think they are boring, you will not after getting this palette! The warm medium browns are great crease colors and/or transitional shadows, and because they are so blendable they really excel at this. I also believe, if you love more colorful eye looks, this is a great palette to use in conjunction with more bright shadows/palettes, because the neutrals can balance out bright color looks. Okay, I'll admit, I've also used some of the colors in this palette to contour parts of my face, and yeah, in a pinch, to cover gray roots on the the crown & part of my hair -- it does a really good job at both of those tasks! Just so versatile! Packaging: the feel of the palette in the hand is really enjoyable, even soothing. Very high quality, love the heart shape & how smooth & sturdy the plastic is. It also fits EXTREMELY well into a variety of makeup bags (perfect for travel!). I know the little pans of each shade seem smallish, but the pans are pretty deep, and also due to the quality & high pigmentation of the shadows, you get way more value/ usage than you'd think. To the brand's founder, Kim Chi: PLEASE ALWAYS KEEP MAKING THIS PALETTE. PLEASE, please. please. And also, a huge MWAH to you for making one of my favorite beauty products EVER! What a wonderful makeup line! I appreciate you!!!

While the shadows are fine, the mirror of this palette arrived very scratched and scuffed up. Reaching out to support for was met with a canned partial refund responses with no option for a replacement. I don't care about the money, I just want a palette that literally reflects what I see on the website.
