The BEST dryer I have ever owned
I am in love with this hair dryer! So many different attachments I'm able to style my hair quickly and efficiently, and I get consistent results every time I use it. Some attachments do have a learning curve since it's been attached to a normal blow dryer, but I was able to adjust quickly. Lots of reviews mention hair damage and it's still very important to use heat protectant with this dryer (and any other dryer for that matter). The speed and heat settings can be adjusted in order to best suit your hair type. The dryer will automatically adjust settings for whatever attachment you add, but you are able to override those settings. The scalp shield technology has been amazing for my sensitive scalp. 10/10

I got this for Christmas and it started giving an overheating error code within 3 weeks. I called Shark customer service and they are replacing it but won't ship replacement until 3-5 business days AFTER they receive my defective unit. This means I will go 2 weeks or more without a hair dryer. Very inconvenient. Product was great while it was working.
Wanted to Love
This could've been a great product - lightweight not too noisy, high velocity, but I noticed my hair felt like straw, pieces were breaking off. I had to return. I would not recommend. No wonder, everone is looking for shampoo and conditioners for dry hair.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it! She has long and straight thick hair and the hair dryer I bought her last Christmas wasn't doing the trick. So she was super excited with the Pro Flex. She couldn't believe how much power came from such a little and light hair dryer.
