My favorite facial cleanser. I like the gentle scent, the gel-like texture, and it is gentle but cleans the residue left after removing my makeup with makeup remover. It also doesn't dry out my skin and doesn't make my sensitive skin break out.
Great Facewash - Terrible Experience

I ordered the largest size Soy face wash during the Black Friday sale since I know I love this product. I was excited to see an email saying it had arrived earlier then expected. Unfortunately that was a lie. After not finding the package and checking the UPS tracking number to get details about the delivery, I found out my order was getting returned to Fresh at their request. Fresh did not inform me of this. I could not redirect the package with UPS since Fresh requested it be returned to them. I also could not get ahold of customer service at Fresh to see what was going on. I only heard back from them through an email a week after I put in a written inquiry about the situation. All they wrote is "UPS was unable to deliver your order" and I would get a refund. I love this face wash, its my favorite. The high price however means I can only justify splurging on it during particularly good sales once every couple of years. I am super disappointed that I was sold the product only for them to change their mind and decide they weren't going to sell it to me for the sale price anymore. I was never asked if I would like the items shipped to me at a later date , or given any real explanation of why I didn't receive my items. I am deeply saddened this has happened since I will not be able to reorder now. The 3-star rating is for the bad customer service and lack of affordability. I save up and wait for a sale just to buy these products, so admittedly maybe other people will not feel as affected by these issues.
