I have been on the hunt for the perfect holographic/iridescent/duochrome/etc. lipgloss and I think I have found it here. Although it's technically a "lip topper" I wear this around over nothing but lip balm. It has enough color in the shimmer to hit the shifty goals I'm aiming for, but that being said it DOES layer like a dream over other lipsticks or colors.
