- Curly: Divide hair into sections and apply to clean, conditioned, damp hair. Allow hair to dry before separating and fluffing curls with fingers or lifting roots with pick for volume.
- Straight: Apply 1-2 pumps to wet hair prior to blow drying, rod setting, or styling.
- Braids/Twist: Apply to wet hair before twisting or add to braids to set style.

Hair feels nourished
I have coarse, wavy hair, and its been so incredibly dry lately. I dont know what the deal is. But I used this mousse with their Let it Grow spray and WOW. My hair feels like silk and it's shiny! My poor ends are even soft and silky. I am going to play around with my gels because I need more hold for my looser curl pattern.
Hybrid Mousse???
My hair tends to dry out quickly after styling, so I always look for the most hydrating products I can find, but mousse has always been tricky for me. I prefer cream stylers to gel/sticky stylers because I like a soft hold once the cast breaks and I want my hair to stay hydrated for more than a couple days. This mousse was intended to be moisturizing while still functioning as a mousse, and it REALLY works. I use this to set my 3 strand twists, and I used to feel the need to use a small amount of cream to "prep" the strand before adding mousse, but this one is almost like a hybrid between a true mousse and a curl cream, and it's so moisturizing you can feel it in your hands. However, since I don't like mousse, the reason I like this one is because it's NOT like most mousses, and the one drawback to it being so full of hydrating ingredients is that it doesn't foam as well as most mousses when pumped from the bottle, which can make application a bit difficult sometimes, but I personally haven't noticed it affecting the hold at all. All in all, though, this was exactly what I was looking for.
Not the Best, Not the worst
Hair Type Very Curly Hair
This would probably be good for a twist out in conjunction with the curl creme, but I was hoping this product would be a good 1 product wash and go for the summer with my 4a/4b curl hair. Unfortunately the hold is much too soft for that, and it doesn't provide enough definition or shine. For the price, there are better and cheaper soft hold mousses out there for my hair type. Smells great though.
Best Mousse Ever
I finally had found the best mousse fir my hair. The formula is just perfect, very unique and so clean. I have wavy, curly hair, coarse and medium porosity. This mousse in pair with another brand cream under, makes my hair look like a used curl iron, so defined, voluminous and mouisted. The esense is so pleasant that makes me feel good just by smelling it. I am very sensitive to smells, but this one is just perfect. Please, please do not discount this mousse. I am passing the word so more curlies can know about this amazing product.
Curly Hold
This mousse has changed my life! It firmly holds my curls and gets better through the week as the cast breaks and curls soften. The frizzies have been eliminated. My hair moves and smells pleasant after using.
