Glide pencil from inner corner to outer corner of the eye, keeping the pencil close to the lash line. For a smudged-out look, use the Smudger Brush and blend out the liner before it sets. Sharpen as needed.
Precautions: If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

would I get once eyeliner wears down is this a pencil that I can sharpen or cuz I can't figure out how to make more come out no either usually when it runs down you sharpen it or you is a little dial to twist but I can't figure this one out

Can you twist these at the bottom? I know they can't be sharpened but the tip of my brand new just broke off and the end doesn't turn so basically I can't use it and wasted my money.

I bought the teal, green, and yellow (fresh, gotcha, and screamin) and I like them but there are some flaws. I went right over to Ulta after watching a beautiful makeup tutorial by Angelica Nyqvist who used the neon eyeliner "Fresh." Shockwave Eye Liner
Lots of reviews for the lip liner in here, but this is the EYE LINER. Which is not smudge proof at all. Bleeds onto my lower lash line and under my eye, and transfers to my upper hood. It does stay on a long time and the colors are fun. I wear it on days when I don't care if it smudges.

Hi Ladies, so this liner is great and yes you do have to sharpen it!! No, you can't twist the product up obviously so please buy a dual sided pencil sharpener sold at Ulta. I'm sorry you could not have figured that out so I'm telling you no manufacturer would sell you just the little tip for use then have you toss it, that's just silly!! So, pay attention and sharpen the pencil. Thid should help you! If not.......?

This is so creamy and glides on lips so well. I use concealer on my lips prior to applying to help stay put. On long days I will put a setting powder over and it will not budge. I love it.
