would I get once eyeliner wears down is this a pencil that I can sharpen or cuz I can't figure out how to make more come out no either usually when it runs down you sharpen it or you is a little dial to twist but I can't figure this one out

Can you twist these at the bottom? I know they can't be sharpened but the tip of my brand new just broke off and the end doesn't turn so basically I can't use it and wasted my money.

How do I sharpen it?
This is so creamy, especially on the waterline. I had never experienced a liner like this. You barely feel it touching you! And let's talk about the pigmentation. I used it for a pool day and it lasted a good 8hrs. didn't crack or loose pigmentation with all the sweat. Now, the only challenge is.....

I LOVE this lipliner. But I used it only a few times and I couldn't figure out how to get more product out. It looks like it is twistable but it's not, which is incredibly frustrating. BUT then I looked up a video and it said to take the little cap off of the back and shove something like a q-tip up the back, which worked!! Hope this can help someone else. LA Girl… please fix this!!
