I just purchased this item 3 days ago and just now finally got around to using it after shaving and OUCHHHH it burns so badly. It says on the directions to use it directly after shaving/cleansing the area which I did …OUCH! I can feel the burn. Maybe I should only use it when I have some stubble/len...

Best ingrown preventative and treatment
So I will preface this with the fact that you need to have patience and be really consistent using this product. I shower every evening and roll this onto my underarms and intimate bits where i usually get ingrowns. I am a mixed black/Italian woman and have incredibly thick, dark and coarse hair. Not only does this help prevent ingrowns but it also helps treat any that do still pop up. The other comments are correct that this does burn at times. But it is an acid so it really only ever happens if you have open cuts or razor burns. Other than that I've never had an issue with stinging or burning. Ive also found that it allows my deodorant to work better as it help prevent bacteria from forming to begin with. It feels way thinner than a stick of deodorant (more like a serum), and dries relatively quickly. All in all I highly recommend this product!!

This saved me during a last minute vacation. In growns wasn't near as bad which was wonderful for my trip
Actually works!!
I was skeptical about this product because they always claim to "help with ingrowns" and never actaully do, but this treatment works!! I apply it at night after a shower and within two days (sometimes even overnight) the pimple is gone. This is coming from a brown girl who waxes herself and gets so many ingrowns. Would highly recommend!
Horrible skin reaction, burns
I had a terrible reaction to this product. This ended up burning my skin so bad I had a perfectly round red chemical burn where I applied it. This occurred a week ago and is only now starting to clear up :(
Holy Grail, Holy Smokes
Truly resolved all my issues down there from trimming, shaving, etc. Very sweaty girl that exercises a lot, was having lots of issues but seriously no more. Super cost effective so if you've been looking for a solution try this out - really doubt you'll have any regrets and I've told everyone i know to get it too.
