I just purchased this item 3 days ago and just now finally got around to using it after shaving and OUCHHHH it burns so badly. It says on the directions to use it directly after shaving/cleansing the area which I did …OUCH! I can feel the burn. Maybe I should only use it when I have some stubble/len...

I received the product with the seal opened and the products liquid on the ridges of bottle cap. This is unhygienic to say the least.

This product does exactly what it says it does!
I started to receive razor bumps around my chin from cutting my hair with a brow razor, lol. Which really irritated me because I wasn't use to having problem with my skin. My skin was back to normal in less than three days! So happy with this product!
