The blow out worked great and I was excited that it may stay this way, as advertised, for 4 days, or at least one full day. Sadly, I went out on a walk and my hair frizzed up in under an hour. Outstanding Product for Type 4 Silkpress
I'm shocked and so impressed by this product and brand. I saw this blowout lotion on a YouTube video, and thought it would be great for the results I was looking for. My silkpress has lasted for going on 6 days with no reversion in the roots...even after working out. Usually I have some sort of swelling at the roots, especially my crown. My hair is STILL silky, swinging and beautiful. I also touch up my edges by spraying their medium hold hairspray on a brush, and omg...the slick down is beautiful. I also use their smoothing cream, and serum to touch up flyaways. I'm so happy to have finally found a line to maintain my silkpress.
AMAZING for a Silk Press
Where have I been? I've seen so many positive reviews of this line on social media, and just did not really think it was for my thick 4b hair. It's applied before blow drying. Im shocked by how it did not gum up in my blowdryer comb, no residue on my scalp or hair, but it made my flat iron glide through my hair, no pulling, tugging, or crimped spots. My roots are also SMOOOOOTH. Then, my wrap is bouncing all over the place! I also pur hased the heat smooth cream as a dry styler to tame my edges, and although I love that too, im satisfied with the way my hair turned out. I'm incredibly impressed with this brand.
I would not buy this product again.

The product did not stop the frizz on my hair from appearing on a very humid day. The bottle does not say how much product to use. It should suggest how many pumps is appropriate for different hair types and length. I will try the product again using more product but my first use was disappointing.

I love this brand so I was hopeful. It's a good lotion for hair but it doesn't have the strength it advertised. I use this to help tame the frizz and it's average. I wish it could give more intensity as I'm noticing it doesn't last all day.
