Smooth, pigmented eyeliner that works well for smoky looks but smudges slightly with long wear.
Good value for an eyeliner
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This eyeliner is easy to apply and sharpen. I have been using it on my lash line and then on my waterline. Unfortunately it does not stay on the waterline very well, even after using a q tip on my waterline prior to application. I will need to try a darker shade of brown next time.
