[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I really enjoy using the e.l.f. Smoky Kohl Eyeliner because it has rich pigmentation and glides on smoothly without tugging. It blends easily for a smoky look but also works well for precise lines. The formula is long-lasting and doesn't smudge throughout the day, which is impressive for the price. I also like the sleek and simple packaging—it feels practical and easy to use. For the value, this eyeliner performs just as well as higher-end brands.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I could not be happier with this pencil. I've had too many that smudge, but won't stay in place. Or if they do smudge out it's hard to not look like half my eyeliner disappeared. This pencil is soft, pigmented, buildable, and super easy to work with. Definitely one of the most affordable options out there with the best results. Ps, this does have some transfer when first putting on. The product doesn't claim to be transfer proof, so I'm not mad at all (plus it wasn't that bad). But you may want to be aware.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Oh this pencil is CREAMY I was able to create a perfect wing with this pencil. It gave off a full chocolate pigment and lasted all day. Deff will be trying in another shade as well.
