Put on your device. Place the device on clean, dry skin. Remove makeup, eyeglasses, and contact lenses prior to use.
Adjust your device. Place the device on your head and adjust the strap. The device should perfectly align with your temples and sit comfortably on your nose bridge for 100% blackout. The strap should sit just above your ears. For a full light block experience, tighten the strap by adjusting the buckle. Moving it to the right makes it tighter and to the left makes it looser. The heart rate sensor should maintain contact with your cheekbone.
Turn on the device. Press and hold the power button to turn on the device.
Choose a treatment. Press the power button again to toggle through the three modes: SmartRelax, Headaches & Eye Strain, and Sleep Prep.
Adjust the vibration setting. Press the vibration button to toggle through the vibration settings available in your selected treatment. Press and hold the vibration button to turn off the vibration.
Adjust the heat temperature. Press the heat button to add heat to your treatment and to toggle through the three heat temperature options. Press and hold the heat button to turn off the heat.
Customize and enhance your treatment using the Therabody app. You can also select and customize your treatment preferences in the Therabody app. Save your favorite routines and settings in the Therabody app for easy access to the treatments you use most. You can also see how your heart rate is impacted by your treatment by viewing your biometrics at the end of each session in the Therabody app. Listen to specially composed TheraMind sound therapy, designed using science-backed techniques to melt away stress and help with sleep, through the Therabody app.
Sit back and relax. Keep your eyes closed during the treatment. Avoid frequent movement during treatment as it may impact heart rate tracking.
Turn off the device. Press and hold the power button to turn off the device. Make sure the Battery status LED is OFF. The device will automatically shut off following your treatment.

Great investment!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] These goggles are great! They have 3 different programmed settings, and each can be modified for what's best for you (heat level, massage level, massage type). My husband gets tension headaches and this has been a game changer for him. I use it for relaxation (awesome when paired with the guided meditations on the app). It's lightweight, easily packable in the carrying case that's included, and flexes great for both of our head sizes. The only thing I would warn is that you might have red goggle marks on your face when you're finished using, just from the heat and pressure on your face - best to use it in the evening when you're not going anywhere right after. Great investment for our family!

It has a nice weight to it and there are multiple functions you can use to relax after a long day. You pair it with the app and can select a function which comes with very relaxing sound to help you unwind and meditate. It gently massages and warms so you can feel your tension just melt away. Relax in 20 mins or less!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Amazing! As a mom of 2 young kids, I try to squeeze in a time to relax when I can. These allow me to relax in 20 mins or less. Massage, vibration, and heat therapy are all wrapped up into one. Setup was easy to follow, and you can watch a couple of videos explaining all the features. Easy to operate with 3 preset modes, as well as vibration and heat mode buttons. Each mode is 15 minutes with different settings. Relax with a pulse vibration and low heat. It also uses massage and compression on your face in different spots. Headache and Eye Strain with wave vibration and medium heat. Sleep with low vibration and a temple massage. Of course, you can change vibration and heat with each preset as well. I love the presets, but using the app takes it to another level. A wide variety of routines that you can even select by benefit, genre, or length of the routine. Categories like: Focus, Mediation, Travel Decompress, Relax and Stress Reduction, Soft Background, Restful Sleep, and Soundscapes. I love the addition of having music or soundscapes playing while using the SmartGoggles. The sound bath and light rain routines are a couple of my favorites. I really enjoy the compression massage across my face. Spots I never knew held tension, now are starting to relax. A couple of things that I was slightly disappointed in. The weight of the goggles is on the heavier side, I don't mind it much though since I lay down when using them. There are some light leaks under the nose, which doesn't make them 100% blackout, but I typically have my eyes closed so it doesn't bother me. I do feel like the band on the goggles could be adjusted a little bit bigger. My husband has a large head and he struggles to wear these comfortably. Overall, not big issues, just things that I noticed.
