I will not buy this again.
I am very disappointed. It does not work. it does not make a line.
Great for brows!
I give this product one star as an eyeliner. Its horrible for that. Its dry and not pigmented. But these qualities make it fantastic for a brow pencil. It has just enough grip and isnt too dark and fills in my dark brown brows perfectly. I would buy this again for that reason alone.

Not pigmented at all. Yes it's a fine tip but that's moot if there's barely any color transfer. I bought it for my waterline and it would not deposit any pigment on my waterline.

It's worth it. It's pigmented and affordable and I haven't had an issue with smearing or running. I have purchased $26 eyeliners and this performs better.
