Line upper lash line from outer corner to inner corner using short, controlled strokes for even application. Gradually build up the thickness of the line to your desired look. Gently wiggle between lashes to add fullness to your lash line. Apply Kajal to waterline to define your eyes. Shade underneath the lower lash line starting from the outer corner and working your way towards the inner corner.
For a smudged-out look, use the Smudger Brush and blend out the liner before it sets.
Precautions: If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Smudged and not long lasting
Its intense black and easy application. But smudges a lot and will not stay for long
Smudged and even crumbled
Usee on top lid and when I blinked it smudged under my eye. It also would crumbled and leave little dots of eyeliner under my eyes that would smudge.
Here's what I think…
Buy it. Its insanely affordable. Believe me I know as I've repurchased it a dozen times. Its also insanely black, yet blendable and i use it literall everyday.
Pros & Cons
This is a VERY intense, deep black that glides on, but however it did snap/squish in the component for me a fair number of times, and it never dries down/sets so it smudges around a lot. I will say it blends out like a dream.

I had to check this out because it was highly rated & was a good price. I am very satisfied with this eyeliner! It stays put, the color is vivid, and it is easy to apply. This will be my go to pencil eyeliner now!
