Getting Started with SilkiPro™ Straight
Step 1: Power on and allow the Heat Sense Ceramic Plates to auto-adjust to your perfect temperature.
Step 2: Prep + Stretch + Section | Ideal for 100% wet hair
• Choose the wide-tooth comb attachment
• Gently detangle hair
• Clamp SilkiPro™ Straight and push latch upwards to lock in place
• To rough dry, set to WET MODE and direct the airflow at your roots.
• Lastly, section your hair and apply the protectant.
Step 3: Dry + Smooth | Ideal for 70% Dry Hair
• Before straightening, ensure that your hair is at least 70% dry.
• Then toggle the switch to WET MODE.
• Clamp and glide SilkiPro™ Straight slowly down each section, keeping the airflow directed downward.
• Wet-to-straight results with one tool. Step 4: Gloss Lock + Style | Ideal for 100% Dry Hair
• LED light will flash red when preheating and turn solid when ready.

Disappointed
Brand new out of the box and the device will not stay on longer than 15 seconds at a time. The filter is definitely clean and not being blocked. I did so much homework on this and feel silly for splurging on this product. I wanted so badly to love it and now I have to decide what to do next.

Best hair tool ever
This is the best hair tool I have ever used. It would take me an hour to both blow dry and then straighten my hair. Once your hair is 70% dry; you can then use the dryer/straightener and as long as you clamp and slowly bring it from root to ends it does the job in half the time. Even my hairstylist complimented me on my hair after using this. There is a bit of a learning curve but the manual is helpful and once you get the hang of it, it gets easier and faster to use. Definitely worth the investment.

A Win For The Natural Girlies!!
I got this mainly for when I travel, I wanted something compact, powerful and able to dry my hair quickly. I'm a 4C natural so my coils are very tight! This stretches my hair to perfection! The plates are a bit bigger than I'm used to so, it's a progress!
Surprise of the Year!
First I would like to say that I LOVE my Dyson air strait. But the motor died. It wasn't on sale and I was having a hard time spending $500 on another one. I took a risk and bought the Shark. OMG! It's amazing. No regrets at all! I won't go back!
