Tingle Lips: Apply lip balm as often as desired to relieve dry, sore or chapped lips.

Peppermint Halo: Apply as desired to hairline and temples creating a halo effect or apply to neck and shoulders for extra cooling and relaxation. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. For prolonged use, consult a doctor.

Liquid Sunshine Citrus Hand Cream: Apply a pea-sized amount to the hands and massage until absorbed, leaving skin feeling soft and smooth.

Relax-O-Ring: Gently roll the Relax-O-Ring up and down each finger as desired. It is suggested to massage each finger for 1-2 minutes to help create a feeling of peacefulness and relaxation.
