I admit that I do love this sunscreen, I love the ingredients and the fact that it has prebiotics and that it's 100% mineral sunscreen BUT I don't think "sheer" is the right word to describe it…I have super fair skin, I'm fish belly white, so white that my skin is blinding in the sun, and this still...

The CETAPHIL SHER MINERAL SPF 50 sunscreen is an excellent option for those looking for effective and gentle protection for the skin. On the face it feels light and does not leave a heavy feeling, although being mineral it can leave a slight white tone if it does not fade well. The application is easy and absorbs relatively quickly, ideal for both face and body. It does not irritate the eyes, which is a great plus point, especially for sensitive skin. As for the value I think it is worth it for the quality of its ingredients and the high protection it offers. It also works as a foundation for makeup if it is applied correctly.

This sunscreen feels lightweight on my skin and blends smoothly without leaving a heavy white cast. I like that it has spf 50 protection and works well for both face and body. The consistency is soft , non greasy, and comfortable for daily use. It also doesn't have a strong odor.

I've been using Cetaphil Sheer Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50 and it's great for sensitive skin. The texture is lightweight, easy to apply, and blends well without feeling heavy. It provides strong coverage and protection, and while there is a slight white cast at first, it settles nicely. It wears comfortably throughout the day and doesn't leave a greasy residue.

NOT sheer at all. Bought this while on vacation and it goes on very white. Even after having it on all day and showering at night, my husband and I still had sunscreen on our ears the next morning. It also left white marks on our clothes. It does work though. We hiked all day in Sedona and did not get a sunburn.
Worst Sunscreen I have ever used
I bought this suncsreen for a summer trip because it claimed to be "sheer"… there was nothing sheer about this sunscreen. When I got in my car (I have black leather interior) it left marks everywhere.
