After cleansing, apply over face and neck with a cotton pad or fingers (AM + PM). Do not rinse. Always apply SPF during daytime.

Effective and Affordable
I've tried similar things and that were more expensive and this is less than half the cost and very effective for my oily acne prone skin. I'd definitely recommend it!

I love this toner. I've been using it for about 1 month now. I was surprised to find out that it's actually a Korean brand. The product makes my ores so small and makes my skin feel plump and bouncy. I love use it right before my face serum. It doesn't burn or feel cold either. I love the packaging it's bottled in a very different type of container.
