After cleansing, apply over face and neck with a cotton pad or fingers (AM + PM). Do not rinse. Always apply SPF during daytime.

I love this toner. I've been using it for about 1 month now. I was surprised to find out that it's actually a Korean brand. The product makes my ores so small and makes my skin feel plump and bouncy. I love use it right before my face serum. It doesn't burn or feel cold either. I love the packaging it's bottled in a very different type of container.

Application is extremely easy! I begin by cleansing my face, then I take a cotton pad and saturate it with toner and smooth all over my face and neck and even on my décolleté area. That's all it takes to tone your skin effectively. After about 2 1/2 weeks I noticed extremely hydrated skin which is a major plus for me because I have combination skin leaning on extra dry during summer months. And roughly after 3 weeks my skin was ACTUALLY smoother AND brighter! Can't ask for more than that in a toner. ** Also, can we give a round of applause for this bottle's beautiful color!

Surprisingly hydrating and sits well under makeup and other skincare. It made a huge difference calming down my skin if I had a long night and didn't wash my face. I will definitely be purchasing.
