Can i warm the oil before using it? And is ir safe to use as an overnight treatment?

I pre washed my hair. Than apply kitsch rosemary scalp & hair strength ingredients oil to my roots. Waited 10 min. Than washed out. I followed all directions. BUT I had to re wash my hair again. My hair felt weird to me. I wonder if the oil even worked?? And can you still use conditioner on your ends after washing the oil out? I really wanted this product to work! Most of the reviews had great comments about this product. If anyone else has used this oil please share . Thanks

For best results, massage it into your scalp and let it sit for at least 10 minutes, some people even leave it overnight. Be sure to shampoo thoroughly to rinse it out completely. You can definitely use conditioner on your ends afterward to keep them soft. I started with their rice shampoo and conditioner to promote hair growth and then added the Rosemary & Biotin Scalp & Hair Strengthening Oil. My hair feels and looks so healthy, shiny, AND there's new hair growth! I highly recommend this product for anyone experiencing hair loss! I will not go without it now!

My hair looked and felt uh-maze-ing when I used this BUT it also started coming out in much larger clumps. I stopped a couple of weeks ago and while I still have a good amount of shed it's far less than when I was using. I'd trust the other positive reviews and definitely give it a try but it may not be for everyone and that's ok too! Wish I could continue using it myself.
