I was only sent 1 of the "duo" and customer service responses were a joke. First, a coupon for 20 percent off an item or free shipping. Ulta should be embarrased and ashamed of the customer service they offer since years ago it was so great. I think a credit for 1/2 of the item cost since I received 1/2 the order would be fair since it is sold out and I cannot get a replacement. Even 15.00 in points or a gift card would be great. Making me spend more money to receive compensation for this order is not acceptable. Please resolve this in a fair manner and keep Ulta a reputable company. thank you.
