I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I have been very enjoying the Tula eye balm. It has smooth, creamy and pleasant texture. It glades under my eye area, also it has little shimmery finish that makes eyes more bright and healthy looking.
need an under eye product to nourish
this product has a cooling effect and a highlighter type pigment that I believe they want to mask as helping with eye puffiness, bags, circles. it doesn't help with any of that and it actually dries the skin under my eyes making fine lines and texture worse.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love how comfortable it was to wear, a lot of products remind you of their presence but once on, I forgot it was even there! Perfect for those of us with a dislike for heavier products, or skin sensitive to heavier products.
