I received this product in exchange for my honest review I've been using the TULA 'Spresso Energizing Eye Balm for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say it's like a mini shot of espresso for my under eyes. The cooling effect is instant and super refreshing, especially in the morning when my eyes are puffy or tired.
