Current favorite milky toner
I have tried a few milky toners at this point, and bought Thank You Farmers after an extensive deep dive into korean milky toner options that were out there. This is by far my favorite that ive tried, and I have even repurchased it (which is somewhat rare for me). It is the thickest one I've tried and very moisturizing. Its a great extra boost in the drier months. Im glad its available to order at Ulta now.
