Massage onto clean skin every morning and evening. Dip the applicator into the bottle once and smooth over your eyelid, massaging in small circles under the eye to the temple, repeating 4 times. Gently tap in excess with fingers. Repeat for the other eye. Proceed with your usual skincare routine.

Excellent eye serum
I am shocked! This stuff really works! I have used this morning and night for 7 days now and the difference in my eyes in unremarkable.

Broken?
I haven't really been able to use this product as I believe that the wand is broken. It came this way and the only way that I can use it is to dab it on my skin and rub it in with my finger. Not really sure if it works or not because of this.

flawed applicator and turned yellowish cloudy
I really wanted to love this serum because the formula itself feels wonderful and hydrating under the eyes. However, the applicator design has some major issues. The three silver rollerballs are supposed to move, but because the serum is so thick and sticky, they get stuck and don't actually roll. Because they drag instead of glide, you end up hitting and scraping your delicate under-eye area with the rough plastic housing that holds the balls in place, making it really uncomfortable to apply. Secondly, even though I was incredibly careful to only use this as the very first step in my routine on a freshly washed face, the serum completely separated and turned a murky, cloudy yellow inside the bottle. For the price, it shouldn't spoil or get contaminated this quickly when used exactly as directed on clean skin. It's a shame because the serum itself is nice, but the poorly functioning applicator and the short shelf-life ruined it for me.
Easy to apply
It absorbs very quickly but is a bit runny. I wish it was a little thicker.
WASTE OF MONEY
This product was very sticky upon application and never really sunk into the skin. Rather, had to wash off later because it sat on the skin sticky and then hardened a bit.
Got a rash/allergic reaction, product turned yellow
I got a rash on only one of my eyes from This but it left it very dry and it hurts to put makeup on. Also it leaves my concealer looking very scaly and uneven. My skin is sensitive but i dont think I've gotten bad reactions to it. I hate throwing product away when it is not empty but couldnt do it anymore. Now i am hoping my undereye starts healing soon. Also, product turned yellow after a couple of weeks. The applicator could be contaminating the product which is a possibility of my reaction. Poor design, bad ingredients. Would not recommend.
