This lipstick needs serious improvement. I was really frustrated to find that I could spend half the price on another brand and get a much better product. At this price point, the quality just isn't acceptable. First off, the applicator feels incredibly cheap—like a Q-tip. The formula itself is drying and uncomfortable; I constantly had to lick my lips just to keep them from cracking. Hate to say it, but Mil… has a similar product that completely outperforms this one. The application is smoother, the color payoff is richer, and it actually hydrates your lips. MAC, do better. I'm sticking with Ruby Woo, but I won't be trying any of your other lip products—sale or not.

Okay WOW! What a color! Talk about drama all for the right reasons! Wore this on date night and girls night. Got so many compliments, even had a couple of random girls ask me what color I was wearing. Such a BOLD color. Wore it with a silk white shirt and OMG did my face just say it all with my color. Definitely will be restocking. If you are not afraid of bold statement colors, this is your go too! So smooth, wore it for hours and even after dinner and drinks it was still on. Does not smear easy, did not flake or even dry my lips! WORTH all the hype!

At first I was skeptical being it liquid. Let me tell you I was WRONG! This went on smooth and the flat brush is amazing. The lipstick just glided on. Had it on all day, had my morning tea, breakfast and lunch and its still ON... And what an amazing color for day or night. I wore it with a white button up to work and got so many compliments with this shade on my brown skin. I put this on only with blush and mascara and it still was wow. I can only imagine if I had my full face on. Definitely WORTH the purchase. I didn't even wear the lip primer just to see if it will be flaky and to my surprise no flakes at all! No dry lips, nothing! Sale price and color cannot beat it. I will definitely restock. Definitely bold statement color!
Love this color! Its a lovely subdued red.
Goes on smooth, easy to follow lip line. I do wipe excess off of the applicator and apply in layers. Or I just do a lip stain with a little gloss. So its versatile. I love the tone, not too red, orange, pink or brown. It's a balanced color on me. Definitely would buy again. The Retro Matte line is awesome.
